Delivery of the package

Minimum order 50 € + VAT

Ports included within the Peninsula in orders from 100 € + VAT

Ports included Baleares and Portugal on orders from €150 + VAT

The company reserves the right to modify the above amounts to include an extra surcharge per shipment, depending on the weight or the cubicle.

Posters and Returns

The fertilizers will take place in maximum 15 natural days since the management of the claim. The Customer Service will be contacted to request an account number where to make the transfer.

If in the delivery of the order, it detects any deterioration in the packaging delivered by the carrier, write down in the delivery albaran the conditions in which they are located, additionally take a photo to send it to incidences@partygama.com.

Review the goods received, any difference between the goods received and the albaran must be notified within 48 hours to incidents@partygama.com.

Defective items may be claimed within a maximum period of 6 months from the purchase of the product, and will be managed through the mail incidences@partygama.com, sending photos or video of the product with the defect you have, and indicating the reference of that article and defective units.
